Bonjour,
Je débute Paléo et doit bien me rendre à l'évidence que j'ai des intolérances ex: aux oeufs, chocolat noir et peut-être d'autres que je découvrirai..Bon ma question pour le petit déj, je veux une perte de poids, aller vers quoi pour être bien rassasié?

Pour être rassasié, bonnes graisses + protéines, y a que ça de vrai !

Merci pour ta réponse Didier, en effet je me suis promené pas mal sur le forum et ça m'a donné des idées! Ce matin j'ai mangé des sardines et j'ai trouvé ça très bon et un bon contentement dans le corps. Je vais continue mes recherches.. Bonne journée! :)

Bonjour
Attention avec les trucs aromatisés : rien ne vaut un vrai jus de citron dans un peu d'eau le matin à jeun.
Sinon pour le petit déj, oeufs sous toutes ses forme (au plat, dur etc), des restes de la veille, salade, etc
Didier a raison : le plus rassasiant est protéines + bonnes graisses
Le site de bmoove propose pas mal d'idées également

Pour l'intolérance (aux oeufs notamment), tu la verras peut être disparaître avec une réparation de la paroi intestinale. Le bouillon d'os et le kéfir (de lait ou fruit) sont souverains
